CakePHP を PHP 5.3 で動かす場合は core.php でタイムゾーンを設定する

以下のようなエラーが出ました。

Warning (2): strtotime() [http://php.net/function.strtotime]: It is not safe to rely on the system’s timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. core.php 248行目に以下のような行があります。

//date_default_timezone_set('UTC');

ここを以下のようにすれば問題は解消されます。
